New health and physical therapy clinic with adjoining leasable office space. The Northsound Clinic was designed to give a warmth to the physical rehabilitation experience. Paramount to the building design was creating light-filled spaces that promoted relaxation, for both patients and employees.

The central exercise gym utilizes cathedral ceilings and oversized windows to capture sweeping views of neighboring farmlands, inviting the peaceful landscape inside. The day lit office spaces take advantage of the same views, creating office nooks that need little more decoration than the picture windows.
