Sequim

As part of a 2016-2017 Capitol Projects Levy the Sequim School District hired a Design Build Team, which included Pelletier+Schaar Architects, Vanir Construction Management and McKinstry to re-purpose an elementary school and create a modern, central kitchen. Being an essential facility, a plan of action was initiated that brought in a multi-disciplinary Design and Engineering team.

During each stage of the process careful consideration was given to the design, permitting and construction schedule to ensure that the right facility was delivered using available funds meeting all current and future district food service. With this project, our team began with a firm budget directing efforts and delivered the right solution with available dollars.
