Vitaliy Kaparchuk

Vitaliy graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Architectural Design. He has experience working with several architectural design firms, gaining a wide range of skills and practical knowledge with projects of different scales, budgets, and uses. His expertise in drafting, modeling, and rendering allows him to assist in any stage of the design process, from site analysis and code review to final construction documents. Current ventures include:
*Plan Development and representing P+S at all OAC's for the 1.4 million dollar Ocasta Project
*Creating a complete Historic Review Presentation Package including research, drawings, summaries and
schematics for an ocean view multi-family structure in Friday Harbor, WA
